Over the last few days PCSO's from the safer neighbourhood team have been conducting patrols throughout Darley Abbey and the West End, including areas such as Parker Street.
On Friday they attended the last mini police session before half term at Markeaton Primary, the session was on Hate Crime and the children had some excellent contributions.
PC Brown and PC Hill have been visiting vulnerable members of the community to conduct checks on their welfare. They have also issued a Community Protection Warning Notice to a male who has been reported to have been causing anti-social behaviour in the area.
